The International Seminar "Motivations in Medieval War: A Comparative Approach Between Two Territorial Peripheries (Iberia and Baltic)", organized by CEPESE, will take place on April 1, 2019, at the auditorium of the Manuel António da Mota Foundation (Mercado do Bom Sucesso, Porto).
This event, featuring presentations from a dozen national and international researchers, focuses on the motivations, initiatives, and interpretations of warfare practices during the Middle Ages in two peripheral regions of Europe: the Iberian Peninsula and the Baltic.
